here you are…straight to business:

INGREDIENTS

2 chicken, cut in pieces

1 ½ cups cider vinegar

2 ¼ cups ketchup

¾ cup honey

2 teaspoons fresh yellow paste/chili ( optional)

½ teaspoon dry oregano

Salt, Pepper

PREPARATION:

Mix the vinegar, ketchup, honey, Yellow chili, oregano, salt and pepper on a sauce pan.

Boil the mass and stir on high heat

3 minutes later or so, lower the heat and start watching how it gets slightly thicken with this delicious sauce

In a plastic bowl put the chicken cuts and add the half of the sauce. Let it get marinated for an hour or so, or overnight. The more hours, the merrier… No! we meant to say marinated.

Get rid or discard the marinade (1/2 of the volume)

Get the grill ready with your regular coal

place the chicken, skin side down for now, over that hot grill…facing down that hot coal.

Turn the chicken to get the other side as well(brown)

HERE IS THE SECRET

Start using the left over half of the sauce marinade…just brush around the meat, like getting it soaking wet. Do it as frequently as you can; you know the deal!

A CHICKEN BREAST WILL TAKE APPROXIMATELY 15- 20 MIN.

CHICKEN TIGHS WILL TAKE 20-25 MIN.

CHICKEN WINGS 25-30 MIN.
